Dryer is working great

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have had the dryer for several weeks. It drys effectively. The auto sensing doesn't work as well as I would like. I have checked the clothes and they are dry and the dryer thinks it needs to run for a lot more time. I do wish the dryer would keep the settings for each load so I wouldn't have to tell it every time which options I want. I also wish the signal sound was adjustable so I could make it louder. It is working well.

Happy with new dryer

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] All of our past dryers have been front loaders, of course, but this one sits on a pedestal which makes It so very much easier to reach into without bending. We had looked at other dryers with pedestals, but had given up when we found them too tall to fit under the cupboards. Then we discovered the Electrolux dryer would fit. We snapped it up and have not been disappointed.

Perfect until main electric board burned

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is my second attempted review of my Electrolux electric dryer purchased in July 2020. I was hoping my dryer would last a minimum of 10 years but instead 19 months in the main electric board suddenly caught fire, breaking the entire unit and putting my family and home at risk. This is just not supposed to happen and is a manufacturing defect, period. I am disappointed in the company for not caring and completely dismissing our loss of investment. I invested in Electrolux believing the product would last much, much longer.
