Repair needed immediately

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Had to schedule someone to come out and evaluate a ticking noise. Repairman said it was bad bearings in a roller. The dryer is BRAND NEW and already needs to be repaired. Parts ordered so now we wait.

Efficient and gentle

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We love our new dryer- it is relatively quiet and we appreciate all of its setting options. The lint sensor is rather sensitive as it will alarm if clothing has shifted forward even though the trap is barely dusted with lint. We likely need to rebalance the base as it happens with almost every load. We have noticed a decrease in lint production but whether it is due to a gentler washer and/or dryer we cannot be certain but clothing comes out fluffy and soft

Excellent Dryer

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Dryer is very efficient at getting the clothing dry. It has a really neat design for the lint trap that seems to work very well. We also purchased the pedestals for our set and were surprised how much of the laundry essentials they held. We no longer need all the unsightly cleaners out on a shelf.
