Design flaw

Owned 4 months, on three occasions the lint clamshell has dislodged, sucking clothes into the vent & caused $100’s of to clothes. Electrolux dispatched a repairman, issue hasn’t repeated since

No more multi drying loads

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] With past dryers I had to pull heavy comforters out and turn/twist them and put them back in the dryer several times to ensure they were dried properly. That’s such a waste of electricity! Not anymore. This dryer is a god send. I can put our king size extra heavy comforter in and in less than an hour it’s ready to be put right on the bed in a warm cloud of fluffiness!

Not as tough on clothes

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I replaced the 14 year old dryer that was in my house with this and I absolutely love it. There are lots of different options including a wrinkle release that works great. I dry most of my clothing on very low heat, my old dryer's version of low heat was still pretty hot and there was always a lot of lint and not a very good lint trap. I get very little lint with this dryer which makes me feel better about putting some of my more delicate shirts and blouses in the dryer rather than hang drying them. The lint trap is also pulls open so you don't get lint everywhere when removing it.

We love this dryer!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have had this dryer about 2 months and have tried almost every cycle available other than steam (that will have to wait a bit before we hook that up). Once you learn the best cycle for your load materials/size, you can maximize its efficiency. We have had no problems drying bedclothes or delicates, small loads or large. Mixing heavy articles (work jeans) with very light items (camisoles) on the sensor dry nearly always creates a re-run of the heavier items but that is understandable. What we have noticed is that this machine is kind to clothes. The mixed loads err on the side of reading the lighter materials as dry. That extreme mixed load test is the only time that we have found damp aspects in the load (waist bands of jeans). The interior light is an awesome addition. Coming from a 1992 Kenmore, this dryer is such an improvement in clothing care. Love it!
