New-still working out things, but

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this and although it's only been a month, I can tell it takes considerable amount of time to dry the clothes. It is gentle on the clothes, which I like, but seems to also generate MUCH more lint than my prior machines. Overall-Average and hopefully reliable as time goes by...too soon to say!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

If your clothing is taking a while to dry, you would want to check a few things. Such as making sure the lint filter is cleaned and that there are no venting restrictions. You also want to make sure to select the appropriate cycle and settings for each load. Typically, lint is picked up from items like towels, rugs, or lint in the pockets of clothing items. To alleviate this matter, you want to be sure to brush off lint and make sure any pocket items are lint free.

Electrolux Dryer Disappointment

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This dryer is not what I had hoped it would be. The washer and dryer set is a nice looking pair. However, the following design and features make the dryer a disappointment: 1) The dryer has a large capacity but the opening is small and bangs up my arms when I reach into it. 2) Clothes fall out on the floor when you open it. 3) The opening seems lower than other machines I have owned so I have to nearly stand on my head to get to the clothes from the back 4) the lint trap is difficult to open and grit sticks to the seal at the bottom half of the door and 5) the timed dry cannot be set below 30 minutes. Performance issue that disappoints: My dried cloths have more lint than my old machine and they come out wrinkled.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Please know that our design and engineer teams are constantly monitoring our brand pages, for feedback such as yours. Your feedback will be used to make any necessary improvements for our consumers. If the clothing is wrinkling within your dryer, you want to ensure that it is not overloaded. You want to load the items loosely, be that an average wet load will fill the drum 1/3 to ½ full. The items need room to tumble freely for even drying and less wrinkling.
