Love this dryer

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I originally purchased this dryer because it fit in the space I needed it. I was pleasantly surprised by it’s superior performance. It has so many combinations of things you can do it might take a while before I get to try them all out. Auto dry is my favorite option. No more checking to make sure the clothes are dry, the machine does it for you. Everything is always perfectly dry, no damp or over dried clothes!
I would recommend this to a friend!

My clothes are truly coming out more perfectly than with any other dryer that I've owned throughout the years! The clam-shell lint trap takes a bit of getting used to, but really traps a lot
of lint, which should keep the dryer running smoother. The anti-static drying selection
is awesome - no more dryer sheets!

Electrolux electric dryer

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So far I’m very pleased with the dryer. More pleased than I thought I would be. I had been my Maytag dryer from the 1970’s, thought it was time for a change. No regrets!!!
I do a lot of laundry, towels and gowns as well as the house laundry. I can do so much more with my Electrolux. Drys very well!
The only draw back so far , the extra options button is a little difficult to activate. I hopeful that it’s just a breaking in period.

Design Flaw - Watch out for mattress covers!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've had this for a month. In that time, after trying twice to dry mattress covers (which had tags stating that they could be put in a dryer), they got jammed between the tub and the frame, causing the machine to seize and stop. This will likely wear out the belt if I continue to try to dry mattress covers. I never had this problem with any other dryer.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Second Electrolux Dryer

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I let my Electrolux W/D set go with my house when I sold it. I searched reviews for the best new model dryer and critics rated this Electrolux as the best on the market. I went to my favorite place to buy appliances, Rich TV and Home Center, with model number in hand. The washer and dryer set hadn’t hit the market yet and was still in pre order phase. I opted to wait, placed my order and was on the waitlist for the dryer to hit the market. I also ordered the pedestal, something I hadn’t had before. I am extremely pleased with the performance and features of this dryer and love having the large space in the pedestal to store cleaning rags after they’re dried and laundry supplies. Still have more space and less clutter in the laundry area. I am pleased with its auto sensing of weight to determine load size and dry time. The Perfect Steam setting is perfect for sheets, leaving them “fluffy” and wrinkle free. It looks like I’ve ironed them, which I planned to do. Now I don’t have to. I haven’t tried a fast dry load and cannot comment on the quality of a shorter, hotter cycle but would expect it to be sufficient. No buyers remorse here! Electrolux delivered another quality product and I’m glad I did my research first!

From Dryer-less to the Best

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] HELP! My 14 year old dryer quit. For a month I hung wash out all over my home. When I shopped for dryers, I found all but 2 brands full size dryers were too tall for my cabinets. I found new, boxed Electrolux washer and dryer at a local store. I came home and looked them up on Consumer Reports and knew my problem was solved. I love them both. They are quiet and efficient. My laundry has never been this clean, soft and wrinkle free. I’m 78+. I’ve had several brands before. This one is the best!
