Clothes get stuck in the front loading door

Clothes get stuck in the front loading door during the dry cycle and the clothes that get stuck don't get dry and end up all wrinkly. Then you have to set a time dry and the minimum option is 30 minutes. Not great flexibility.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Hi, priskilly. This can happen if the load is very small. For delicate or very small loads, add two or three similar items to improve tumbling action. If additional drying time is needed, please keep in mind you do have an 18-minute cycle. ~ Brandi

Quiet, Sleek and Efficient!

I love this dryer and the washer that came with it! Our energy bill has been on the lower end and I’ve been doing a lot of laundry. Love the lint collector and how it catches everything!

Great Duo

I’ve had these for about a month and they are working out very well. The washer barely needs any detergent to get the clothes clean, and I like the steam feature in both the washer and dryer. The washer always has a bit of water on the window and pooled on the rubber seal at the door when finishing; I keep a small towel handy and dry it after every load. The dryer sometimes needs a few more minutes to completely dry a load. I’m so much more pleased with these than my previous washer/dryer that these things are ok.
