is rubbing very bad and can be heard all through the house please fix it or give me a new one I wish I never bought it I've used it and the side panel gets hot from the robing

Sometimes I might just want a 15 minute load because it wasn't all the way dry or to flush the wrinkles out if something and you can't do 15 minutes. Too many programmed settings, just want more simple options.
