Great dryer

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The dryer is great. It did have an unusual noise with each rotation of the drum from its first use. Called customer service and they said they would arrange a “courtesy call” for service as normally noise wasn’t covered. I advised this was from something rubbing and making a very loud noise on a brand new machine. We ended up taking care of it but the response from customer service was concerning.

Solid Dryer

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We like this dryer. We are still trying to figure out the best method for drying clothes. When you put it on auto it will indicate a lot of time to dry the clothes, which does not seem energy saving. The dryer does not get as hot as our former dryer when it is in the auto cycle. Perhaps this is a design feature that is kinder to your clothes. All in all we are happy with the purchase.

Works like a dream

It’s ok!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It is very nice looking. So far the dryer chewed up a throw rug that got caught in the door. The rug is destroyed. Lint collects in the rubber seal on the door. The clothes dry ok.
