[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have found the performance of this machine to be average. I love the matching washing machine, but the sense dry setting often leaves waitbands damp, and that's just annoying. Maybe I'm still getting used to the settings. No luck so far.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Yes, I believe Heaven will have Electrolux Dryers! I loved my Electrolux Dryer for 11 plus years, but it finally signaled disabilities that prevented my completing the laundry chores. But my new Electrolux Dryer is fabulous as well. The different cycles and Option Selections assure one can have “custom load” properties for each batch of wet stuff! And the new redesigned lint trap is excellent-a dryer genius came up with that one, no doubt! Thank you, Electrolux!

Seriously disappointed!!

We built our home and purchased the washer and dryer in this model. I had never owned an Electrolux but had heard great things so we chose them vs. Bosch. Huge mistake! We have only had the pair for not quite 3 yrs & have been fighting the dryer for the last 6 mths. I went to look up my dryer by model # and it's not even available anymore. It is doing the same thing I keep reading about in the reviews... it continually shuts off while drying. It will not turn back on for at least 15-20 minutes. My husband has done everything except take the whole thing apart! He has tried all of the "trouble shooting" suggestions they give. Still doesn't work. I can't understand why Electrolux only offers a 1 yr warranty. I guess they have about as much faith in their product as I do. I haven't bothered to call them after I have read review after review that says they don't respond and never can get in touch with anyone. I am sure that I will be told that basically it's not their problem. Kicking ourselves for not getting the Bosch or a Maytag.

Works well, long dry times

Dry, not shrunk
