awful warranty - buyer beware!

I bought over 50 of these dryers for our apartment building, and we are already having issues. The worse part is that the warranty service is non-existent. Electrolux sends out an automated email, but then they never follow up. Please keep this in mind as they have about a 5-10% lemon rate.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Suprisingly quiet!
