New dryer not working

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The brand new dryer is not working. Nothing is drying all the way through and obviously sheets and towels are just wet. We have to wait two weeks for a tech to service the machine.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I love this dryer!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This has so many features, I just love it! I particularly like the steam feature and use it to refresh pillows and to take out wrinkles. I used it on my new curtains to take out the packing creases and it worked beautifully.

The different settings ensure my clothes come out of the dryer wrinkle free, not overheated and I love the perfect steam option. This option is especially useful for refreshing worn clothes that you just aren’t ready to wash yet.
