Damp and Wrinkled Clothes

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I just purchased a new set of the Electrolux Front Load Washer & Dryer to replace my 13 year old LG Front Loader. I was very excited to receive these after I read all the reviews - but I haven't been pleased with the performance of my dryer. Even adjusting my settings to the highest temp and longer run time, my clothes continue to come out slightly damp and wrinkled! I even had my husband replace all the ventilation to ensure this was not an issue -- and i'm still having the same issues. I will be contacting Electrolux for support or replacement.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Based on the information provided, we were unable to locate any service request pertaining to your drying concerns. If your clothing is not drying correctly in one cycle, you would want to check a few things, such as making sure the lint filter is cleaned and that there are no venting restrictions. You also want to make sure to select the appropriate cycle and settings for each load.

There’s nothing I don’t like!

New-still working out things, but

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this and although it's only been a month, I can tell it takes considerable amount of time to dry the clothes. It is gentle on the clothes, which I like, but seems to also generate MUCH more lint than my prior machines. Overall-Average and hopefully reliable as time goes by...too soon to say!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

If your clothing is taking a while to dry, you would want to check a few things. Such as making sure the lint filter is cleaned and that there are no venting restrictions. You also want to make sure to select the appropriate cycle and settings for each load. Typically, lint is picked up from items like towels, rugs, or lint in the pockets of clothing items. To alleviate this matter, you want to be sure to brush off lint and make sure any pocket items are lint free.
