[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love it so far! However the stack kit did not stay in place after assembly and became dislodged so it causes quite the racket, has lead to cosmetic damages and kit will need to be replaced

Slower than a clothesline in winter

Waiting 90 minutes for the dryer to finish its cycle, just to pull out damp clothes is a daily frustration that makes me wonder whether this dryer was crafted by engineers who forgot the purpose of the machine while designing it. This washer and dryer set has turned a benign household choice into a weekly drudgery that almost tops making dinner every night for a thankless crew of picky eaters. Did I mention it's loud? So loud that we can't run it while we sleep, so we're destined to waste our entire weekend running--and listening to--the dryer. This washer/dryer set is so useless, I'm considering investing in a washboard and clothesline. I think I'd save time. Whoever was responsible for selling this contraption to unsuspecting consumers should be fired and banned from ever designing another appliance.
