[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Both units are very nice and not too noisy, we had an issue with the washer due to the improper leveling by the delivery people, but a nice and professional mechanic from One Source found and solved the problem today June 17, 2024. Right now I am enjoying my units washing my clothes.

Very good product

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is our second Electrolux dryer and we really like it. The only problem is the very narrow specifications for the drum. It was rubbing against the side wall and required two different mechanic visits to fix. It is a phenomenal machine once that was fixed but perhaps it could be designed with a few more mm between the drum and the exterior wall.

My one critique is that I am unable to dry my mattress protectors that have a waterproof line as the become stuck between the door and the drum. It's fine in the summer when I can hang them out to dry but during colder months it's a nuisance that I can't toss in the dryer. Additionally my towels remain slightly damp if I don't use the heavy duty dry cycle so it seems the sensor may not be sensitive enough to detect the moisture remaining in the towels. Overall it's pretty good, straightforward, and decent capacity.
