Love the lint tray

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This dryer by far has the best lint trap. All lint is collected in an easy to remove compartment and dump in the trash. Dries the largest of loads in one cycle, so no rerunning of drying cycles.

No more wrinkles

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This dryer was well engineered to accommodate many different settings. The perfect steam option is very helpful and also fast. In 10 minutes wrinkles are gone. The lint is collected and easy to clean but I am seeing some lint around the glass circle in the door that is also easy to wipe off.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The dryer works great, only wish that the dryer didn’t have the hinged door to slide the lint catcher, not easy to clean that area where the lint catcher goes. The lint catcher is great, very easy to clean. I use a horse hair brush which is very gentle on the screen, better than using the softener sheets.

Disappointing Dryer

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The automatic cycles are too long. It shouldn't take 90 minutes to dry jeans and towels. The lint filter is poorly designed and is a major problem. It is cumbersome to clean, and it doesn't seem to catch any more lint than my previous dryer that had a simple screen. In only a few months, the lint filter has come out twice during a cycle. Luckily we were home to hear the loud banging, but we weren't quick enough to stop the dryer before some underwear and socks got sucked into the exhaust fan. Two pairs of underwear were ruined because they got stuck in the fan and had to be ripped out. Electrolux needs to extend their warranty in regard to the lint filter, so that when it breaks or when it causes something else to break, we won't be stuck with a repair bill for the design flaw. The inside light should always be on when the door is open. The steam and refresh cycles work well. It is quiet.
