Absolutely love this washing machine. We had a bit of a hassle with delivery but the washing machine is the best I’ve had. It’s quiet on spin and wash you don’t hear it at all. Washes the clothes beautifully. Very happy with my purchase:)
I would recommend this to a friend!

Terrible Design

Just bought this machine yesterday. Did one load and a couple of pairs of socks and underwear moved into the area between the door and drum. And just sat there. They didn’t get cleaned and were blocking the three drain holes that are in that area. Hoping to return it. It’s also extremely light, which isn’t ideal when on the high spin cycle, way too much movement. Wish we had’ve repaired our Miele instead of buying this. Waste of money.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Absolutely awful!

I usually have issues with washing machines because I do a large volume of laundry but I have never had an issue with a dryer, until I bought this piece of junk. After a year it started to make an awful noise. Had in a repair person and he said the only issue he could find was that the inside was covered in fluff. Ran fine for another year and it's making an awful noise again. Very poor design if the inside keeps getting full of fluff and likely a massive fire hazard too. Will never buy this brand again.

Lack of Disclosure Regarding Required Installation

I was never advised at purchase that washer inlet hoses were not included and required for installation. I specifically purchased all recommended installation accessories for a washer and steam dryer, yet no one flagged that additional washer hoses were mandatory. This should have been clearly disclosed at point of sale.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
