Original washer was defective and would not fill with water. It took approximately a week to get a replacement that worked properly. Replacement product far exceeds the performance of the 15 year old Samsung front loader it replaced. Clothes that had been washed many times in the Samsung were spotless after the first wash using the Electrolux. Operation is straight-forward and I rate the overall value for the money as excellent.

I like the appearance of washer, clean looking washer. Multiple cleaning cycles. Plus add-ons if necessary.(Even) has a boost cycle.
It has a detergent pods compartment this is nice. To make sure pod dissolves correctly.

Normal loads still require extra rinse cycles. The amount of detergent used is only up to number two (Tide). This supposedly is energy star efficient but with longer time needed to wash the clothes… so much for energy efficient.

From my old Whirlpool. I really enjoy the precise way that I can decide all the various aspects of the wash...water temp, soil level, spin speed, etc. I love the optional stain remover cycle.
