We love this washer. It does everything we need it to do and has many neat functions. The glacier blue is also a beautiful color. We like it so much better than our last washer.

Purchased this unit as a set with dryer to replace 20+ year old top load washer. I love the look of this washer. I'll admit since this was my first front-load, I was nervous about leaking issues, but after doing my research I got over it and went all in. Pros: It looks great, easy to use, and does a great job washing the clothes. The front load means I no longer have to bend over and reach deep to grab that elusive sock at the bottom. Cons: If anything, I'd wish for two things: One: That the top of the washer had a backstop to keep clothes from falling behind the unit, and Two: That I had purchased the pedestals to raise them up.

So energy efficient

This front loading washing machine uses so little water compared to the Samsung one I had before. I have to keep checking my clothes to see if they were truly washed, and they are! The clothes are spinned a lot dryer as well, so they dry quicker. I’m glad I purchased it during the great recent sale!

Smells terrible

Cleans clothes well but smells awful. Electrolux added some kind of scent to the washer and it is that horrible chemical floral smell. What a shame.

Gets clothes clean but gets out of balance easily

Replaced a 10 year old leaky LG front load washer with this Electrolux 400 series washer. Gets clothes much cleaner since the detergent tray takes pods. I like that this washer adds a bit of hot water to dissolve the pod better. Unfortunately, this washer does not handle small loads well and easy gets out of balance on the spin cycle. I have a Weathertech seat cover for the back bench seat of my car. It takes forever for this washer to complete a spin cycle when washing this seat cover by itself. My old LG washer never had a problem with the spin cycle.
