One big flaw

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’m loving all the features and the capacity. I’ve had the same washer for 20 years and finally decided to upgrade and be rid of the agitator as it seemed like everything has cords or strings today. Unfortunately something in my new washer grabs delicate fabric such as polyester which is soo common today and puts little snags in it. I’ve had to buy wash bags for everything that’s not cotton or denim. Honestly it makes me sick to my stomach. So much money and you’re stuck with it. If it wasn’t for that it would have been perfect. Now I have laundry anxiety.

Nice washer

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We only had the washer for a few months now so far so good. It washes well. We also purchased the base and it sits quite high off the floor. The compartment is deep and you can fit all washing necessities in there and have room to close the drawer fine. The tub inside is very large also.

Love my new washer

It cleans my clothes very well, the interface is easy to use, and it’s quiet! My young children are also now able to do their own laundry with ease. I can’t find a single thing to complain about so far! Even my cats love it!

A real upgrade

Easy to use

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I do about ten loads of laundry a week, and needing something that works like it should is a lifesaver. I especially love the feature that if the power button is accidentally pushed mid-cycle, the machine will resume where it left off.
