Disappointed

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We are in a new home and this is the first washer I have purchased that wasn't done in a hurry to replace a nonworking one. I had done my research, so I was disappointed that less than 2 months of ownership and use I required a service call because it wouldn't drain. This model does not have a drain screen that is user accessible. In fact it doesn't have one at all! Even the service tech was surprised at this new design. It appears that when the drain pump is plugged with some thing it will require a service visit. Not pleased with this. So now I have to be extra careful what I put in the washer - no really fuzzy items and double check all pockets.

This one was fairly priced, had a good review, and is quiet. Does a great job on clothes with less water and detergent. Highly recommend!

The Best Washer on the Market!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Electrolux is my preferred laundry pair manufacturer because they have very wisely decided to continue to use rubber belts rather than changing to plastic gear “direct drive” parts, which I did not want. This company really considers what it’s customers want and goes above and beyond that. All the features on their appliances are superior. It literally does everything I wanted. I have owned an earlier set from 2007 and they were wonderful and were totally problem free. The washer has a sanitize feature for heated water. It also has every type of option I wanted. So far I have not found a single complaint. I love everything about it, but you really should see all the wonderful features of this washer for yourself.
