[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My wife and I purchased the luxe care washer and dryer just over a year ago. The salesman highly recommended the premium options. Overall we have been satisfied with the performance. However, we've started having issues requiring service visits, which is especially frustrating and disappointing considering the age of the units. Parts and Labor are only covered for one year so we are out of pocket already for labor which is expensive. We've had two previous washer/dryers in our previous houses from other brands and never had a single issue. Because of this I would not recommend based upon our experience.

Great replacement so far.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Due to supply and manufacturing issues post pandemic, it has been difficult to get a washing machine without a long wait , but my appliance guy suggested this Electrolux, and it came within a week, replacing a 28 year old Maytag.
Larger capacity, it uses less water, clothes still comes out clean and fresh. Cleaning times are less, and it this model seems to be more gentle than the old machine. It's more convenient to put in detergent, fabric softener, and bleach.
Price was reasonable, and hopefully the machine is durable enough to last a long time. Really satisfied at this point.

Saved the Day

This came to the rescue. It not only has a nice display and featuers but it intergrated with our dryer. Set up was a breeze and we will back up and running in no time. Thankful family of four.

Electrolux-Front load perfect steam washer

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am very happy with my new Electrolux washer. It is a definite improvement over my 42 year old Maytag washer. It gets the the clothes much cleaner and they have a better fragrance. I have also noticed that, after a wash cycle, most of my shirts have been turned inside-out. This is a sign to me that they have been rigorously washed.
