Our clothes (and house) smell like mold!!

Mechanically, the washer is fine. But the mold smell, despite trying EVERY option to clean it, is terrible. Every load smells moldy. The repair person explained that it's a design flaw-- you can't access the surface of the internal drum (?) to clean-off soap scum that creates a mold-loving environment. I makes our whole house smell!! The washer is only 3 or 4 years old, but we have no choice but to replace it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love love love my Washer, I had a similar one and I love that one it lasted about 15 yrs - so I know this one will last a long time as well - I getting funds together so I can get the matching Dryer. This washer is quiet, you may hear a little noise if it is fully loaded, but other than that my clothes are very clean, this do have a upgrade that the other machine did not have like the Pods to put in, it has a lift away if you have powder detergent to use, I can go on and on, I love it that's all I am going to say.

Happy with Electrolux Washer and Dryer

In the past month, those machines failed, so we shopped around. As we read more about Electrolux (a brand that was new to me), we decided to purchase this W&D. We went with the Luxcare model, and we are pleased that we purchased Electrolux.

Quiet, Fast, and Reliable

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have both the washer and dryer, and they’re great! The dryer is excellent — it dries clothes very quickly, and both machines are quiet. The size is perfect for a small apartment, and I have them stacked, which looks really good.
I have two little kids, so their clothes are constantly getting dirty. The washer’s 18-minute quick wash setting is a lifesaver when I need something cleaned fast, and like I mentioned, the dryer is super quick too.
Overall, I’m very pleased with my purchase. Thank you, Electrolux!
