Machine is Loud

I wanted to love this stacked washer and dryer especially the blue colour but after 4 months of having it, I had to have all 4 the shocks changed for the loud noise it made prior to the spin cycle.
Now…4 months after the fix, it’s starting again same thing only the noise is not as loud (yet). Machine is supposedly balanced as confirmed by techs but shakes like crazy when spinning.
Need to install water hammers for how loud it is when it’s filling with water.
Was told I’m not washing correctly, but I don’t believe that is the problem. Have tried different cycles and amounts. No difference.
So disappointed that I don’t even want to use it anymore.

Great Front Load Washer

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My clothes are clean and I no longer have to do an extra rinse to get out the detergent marks. The glacier blue color matches my floor tile perfectly! I love that I no longer have to stand on my head to reach into a top load washer to reach the clothes at the bottom of the tub.

Laundry Made Easy

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have had front load washers in the past. This set is amazing. I have never had clothes that smell so clean and fresh. The panel is straight forward and easy to use. I have not used the steam setting yet but look forward to having that feature. The dryer is so quiet and I love the lint screen!! It is the easiest to open and clean.
