We bought this about a month ago. First we notice how easy it was to operate. Also how quite it is.

HORTIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE

I bought this washer in January. It broke down within 6 weeks. The original set of agents were nice and apologetic, however as the company failed to rectify the issue the agents became much more rude and unworkable. Especially the managers. It took almost 3 weeks before the factory rep stepped in and replaced the unit..
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Great washer

This washer (and it's dryer pair) were put in a first floor closet to eliminate going in the basement to do the laundry about a month age. Still getting used to the controls and settings for the correct washing cycle for the load size and fabric type.
I would recommend this to a friend!

This unit replaced a top loader, very quiet in comparison. The pedestal is a definite otherwise you will be on your knees.

I bought my Electrolux front load washer a month ago. So far it seems to do a very good job on cleaning my clothes and it's quiet.. I was very skeptical on buying a front load washer just because of all the problems you hear about him so hopefully this washer does last me for quite a while. if you love front load washers or you're looking for a front load washer the Electrolux washing machine does a great job on cleaning your clothes. it doesn't have as many wash options for Cycles as others but it has what you need to get the job done and that makes it easier to use.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Where is the hot water!?

This machine is quiet and easy to use. I like the display and the options. HOWEVER....it takes forever to draw hot water. If you don’t use the longer cycle settings, you can’t even get hot water. What if I want to use delicate cycle and hot water? It’s not possible. it feels like a quality product, but this aspect is very disappointing. I even turned up our hot water heater ....no change. I miss my old Maytag greatly.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

In researching, we were able to see that a delicate cycle does not use hot water during the cycle, only warm, cold, and tap cold.
