We needed a new washer and were looking for a simple model that does basic functions....nothing fancy needed. Put clothes in, select mode and let it be until they are clean! This model does just that.

I have never had a front loader washing machine. I love it! Easy to get clothes in. I love the many cycle choices and how it remembers the last cycle you did. Love the les wrinkle cycle.

Clean clothes

We were not happy with the performance of the top load washer that came with our house. We decided to change the laundry room and wanted to save space so we bought Electrolux. We stacked the units and have been pleased so far. The washer gets clothes clean (even real dirty farm clothes). The washer seems to be well balanced and fairly quiet. My wife is 5’2” and can reach stacked dryer ok. Other brands were too tall when stacked. Reversible washer door is an added bonus.

Excellent Washer!

I bought this washer and matching dryer about 3 weeks ago and couldn't be happier. The washer works very well and seems extremely well built. Clothes come out extremely clean and are spun very well so they're not dripping wet like my last washer. The only negative I have is that I have a chocolate Labrador retriever in my house and his hair gets on everything...sometimes in the washer his hair will stick to the front window and cause some leaking between the door and the seal when the washer is running. If i see the hair and wipe it off prior to washing my clothes there are no issues, but just thought it would be worth noting. Lastly, there does appear to be a lack of settings on this washer, but it works well for my purposes. The last washer i had (whirlpool) had a lot more settings but it also crapped out within 3 years so take that for what it's worth!

Happy so far

I bought this a month or so ago and have been happy so far. I wish the finish chime was louder or able to be made louder. I can't hear when a load of wash has finished. Also, I was unable to start the wash load when I had forgotten to turn the water on and there were no instructions on how to handle the error. Also, my husband and I were quite surprised at how loud the machine was as it starts each washing. Thankfully it quiets down as the cycle continues.

This was a game changer for our family. We had always had top load washers and never a newer high efficiency one. When the top load started produce unwashed clothes we started looking into new ones and then purchased the Electrolux 4.3 front loader and we love it. Most importantly it produces clean clothes but in addition to that it has a huge capacity. What once was two completely full loads is now one load with room to spare. It hardly uses any water, so much less than the top loader we had. But that’s not all, the spin cycle is fast that the clothes are significantly less wet when the cycle is complete so it saves energy on the dryer as well. We have been using the machine for a little over a month and are looking forward to many years with it.
