Pretty quiet

All is well so far, seems as well made as any nowadays. On first load pump made weird loud noise and I freaked out, but after that it was fine.

i did buy this machine about a month ago... it is fantastic...clothes are cleaner than any top loading washer i have ever had....great features..quiet..it is installed next to my bedroom, i can wash clothes in the evening without disturbing anyone...great product....i really am loving it, thank you

I've had this washing machine for about a month now and I love it. It is easy to use and it cleans our clothes pretty well. The main reason I got this washing machine is because how energy efficient it is. It was the best washing machine I could get for energy star ratings.

We have been using the washer in our household for over a month now and so far we are satisfied with our purchase. The washer does not have extravagant features, but has what we need. It takes 46 minutes for a regular wash of clothes. We learned to be mindful of the keypad as it is very sensitive. So far so good!

Nothing but broken parts and water on the floor

I am so mad and disappointed about this washer. I live remotely, had the washer delivered. We installed ourselves (the truck driver would only take it curbside, indoor delivery where I live was not extended.) Immediately there was a terrible noise, a roaring thump. My husband had to bend back a part that was hitting another part. He called the place we bought it from in Illinois and they were no help. Then the spin cycle was so extreme, the walls were thudding and the smell was weird and burning. After sorting that out, the black accordion-style drain pipe wore out (likely from the shimmy the machine does, even with leveling and rubber mats underneath.) Water all over the floor. Replaced that part and it's now broken again. What can I do?? Nobody will come to my extremely rural location and I am so disappointed I didnt look at 1-star reviews before sinking all this money into it. I replaced it today with a Speed Queen.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Convenient height on its pedestal. Easy to load and unload. Practical wash cycle selections with optional variations. Quiet operation. Outstanding value
