bought this 3 weeks ago 1) too noisy especially spin level is high looks
2) water lever is too low

No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Thank you for your review. A powerful motor is used to drive the drum to high spin speeds to extract water from your load. You will hear a sound associated with these higher spin speeds. This sound is normal and will vary slightly as the spin speed varies. Additionally, high efficiency models require very little water and are designed to achieve excellent wash performance with low water levels. ~Corletta

It's a washing machine so there's not a whole lot to rave about. It cleans everything as it should and can fit a lot into the drum. However, I'm not so sure about the second floor guarantee. I don't overload the washer and yet I don't run it at night anymore as it rumbles to loud and keeps me awake. Looking into it to see if it's a problem with my washer specifically.

Lacking Hot Enough Water

Clothes get clean and it has the same noise level as other front loaders. My main issue is the water does not get very hot and only one setting that I can get anything colder than tap water.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

So far so good. Love it! Detergent use has dropped considerably. I am amazed at how much soap is remains in everything from my past washer. The first few times I washed my towels with NO NEW DETERGENT & it looked like I added half a bottle. Very soapy. Clothes haven’t been cleaner and it has many different settings. It is very quiet too.

Love how the washer spins clothes to almost dry, this less time to use the dryer. I am a frequent user of the 20 minute cycle on this washer!

Quiet as a Sleeping Baby

This is our first ever front loading washer, so we were not quite sure what to expect. We were surprised at how much less water it uses that our top loaders. And it is quiet. It is a good thing there are chimes to alert us to when it is finished, or we would never know!
