[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] so far so good. i'm impressed with the solid soil option - it took care of caked on mud on towels.you have to leave the door open so the rubber seal does not mildew

One downside with this model is the inability to stop the washer in the first 5 minutes, unlock door and add clothes to it.
