Not totally sold on this model

We've had this washer for about a month now. We bought it because our washer goes on the right side of the dryer it was one of the few models with the interchangeable door swing direction that would fit on our previous stand. Overall we like the design, size, operation, etc. It is very quiet, which is a plus since the laundry room isn't far from the family room. 2 things have happened once each, and only once. So kind of anxious to see if they happen again. First, upon the 3rd or 4th load, water leaked out around the front door. Like I said, it only did this once and hasn't happened since, so maybe there was some dirt, hair, or something that got in the seal for that load. The second is on a load, maybe about week 2, after the spin cycle the clothes were still very wet, like they hadn't spun at all. We ran another spin cycle and everything was fine. These issues, while they haven't reoccurred, do kinda have me wondering what we got ourselves in for.

Easy to Use

I bought this for my new home a little over a month ago and so far all is great.. It is everything I need and the price was right as well. At times it seems a little louder than I would like; however, it is not significant.

I have owned previously other brands, such as Maytag, LG, Sears...but this is by far the BEST Washer I have ever owned!

So quiet!

We are on a middle floor apt and were pleasantly surprised at how quiet the machine is and it doesn't move!! My old one practically danced!

Quiet and easy to use

This washer hits all the right notes--it's quiet, and the settings are all intuitively easy to set up and use. I have had the washer for a month and have not had to refer to my user's manual at all. The only quibble I have is with the detergent tray. It is robust in its desire to stay shut, but once you apply some tough love, it opens.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I needed to replace a stackable in our townhouse- limited space- saw the great reviews and the ability to stack almost anywhere. Couldn't be happier with my purchase. Does everything promised.
