Terrible washer, clothes hard as a rock!

Everything you've heard about front loaders is true. Poor design. Even if you follow directions to the letter, clothes are hard and coarse. Like sandpaper. We only use a tablespoon of proper HE detergent. Not enough water to properly wash and rinse. Never buy a front loader. Stick with top loader non water saving. Worst purchase we've ever made.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I am very pleased with my purchase. Price and quality and options in programming are perfect. I didn’t need the most advanced machine since it’s for a small household of 3 people. One thing that could use improvement is the little detergent tray; I have a hard time every time to pull it open, it also feels like it’ll be the first thing to break....
I would recommend this to a friend!

I bought this to go with my drier. I’m still getting used to some of the features. It has a ‘clean’ cycle so hopefully it won’t get smelly.
