Quieter than its predecessor

As part of a staked laundry pair just off our dining area, we had hoped it would be quieter. While significantly quieter than than the old unit I would go side by side if we had the room.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought the washer and dryer with pedestals after moving to a home with 14 year old noisy Kenmore top loaders. They are quiet, efficient, and easy to operate. The fast wash cycle is perfect for everyday use. The Perfect Steam option on the dryer removed wrinkles from a forgotten load of shirts. The pedestals are not quite tall enough to hold the Sam's club size All detergent, but that's 15 inches less bending for our aging backs. All in all, we're very pleased with the purchase.

Very good washer

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Washer does a good job cleaning clothes with minimal water which saves us money. Very quiet when running. Only negative comment was all the ads said the washer was 5.2 cu. ft. but I measured it myself several times and it's really 4.5 cu. ft. max.
