Very nice efficiency washer unit

Thank you for sharing your feedback! The chime is set at a single volume, but you can mute/unmute by holding down the "select" button for 3 seconds. Small loads can clump together on one section of the tub during the spin cycle and cause it to spin unevenly. If your loads are unbalancing, try dispersing some items or adding some other garments of similar weight to the drum! We're glad this washer is otherwise working well for you. Amazing washer

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Our first front-loading washer was a dud (not an electrolux). We switched back to a top loading, but it quit after 5 years. We are back to a much improved front-loading maching. It does a great job cleaning and the spin dry is awesome.

Best washer I have ever owned

This Electrolux exceeded all my expectations for a new washer. In fact it is so quiet, it leans so well, and so fast that I wish I had bought it years ago. This is the best clothes washer I have ever owned!

Excelent Machine

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have had this machine over a year and a half now and i could not be happier. My previous front loader made 1 and 1/2 years and then rumbled across the floor like a freight train. This is one very good purchase. I have never had my clothes ever come as clean as this machine. I wore dirty work pants my whole life until i got the magic machine. Thanks for a great machine in the world of junk we seem to purchase all the time.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Unbelievable gunk buildup

We had a front loading washing machine that started leaking and we replaced it with this Electrolux. About 6 months in we started having gunk buildup and have been fighting it the last 6 months. I know front loaders need to be cleaned and aired out and are prone to this, but coming from another front loader this just seems ridiculously high maintenance and I don't know why there is such a gross buildup after such a short amount of time. Also, lint gets stuck all over the door. It's not a huge deal, but our previous front loading machine didn't have that issue either
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Thanks for sharing your experience! We're sorry to hear you're getting a lot of buildup in your washer. This gunk may be undissolved detergent or other additives that were not properly incorporated with the water. Please ensure your washer is level from front to back (rather than tipped forward, which can cause items and liquids to aim for the door) and you are using the minimum amount of detergent! When cleaning your washer between cycles, we recommend running an empty cycle with a cup of white vinegar or probiotic washer cleaner. The cleaner we recommend is on our website at the following link: https://www.electrolux.com/en/p/filters-and-accessories/cleaners/10ELPROL02. The door should also be cracked open when not in use to air it out, which it sounds like you are already doing!
