Cycles are practical and simple to choose. Spin is my favorite! Clothes are practically dry after the spin cycle, which saves me time and money in the dryer :)

Great replacement so far.

Due to supply and manufacturing issues post pandemic, it has been difficult to get a washing machine without a long wait , but my appliance guy suggested this Electrolux, and it came within a week, replacing a 28 year old Maytag.
Larger capacity, it uses less water, clothes still comes out clean and fresh. Cleaning times are less, and it this model seems to be more gentle than the old machine. It's more convenient to put in detergent, fabric softener, and bleach.
Price was reasonable, and hopefully the machine is durable enough to last a long time. Really satisfied at this point.

I'm impressed with Electrolux consider that I have been using Kenmore and Whirlpool for years. Definitely will consider buying Electrolux in the future.

Loud sound

I only had this washer machine for one month. It was a very expensive purchase and was highly rated by the salesperson. However, when it starts a normal wash cycle it makes this very load noise. Service is coming to look at it, but that’s not a good sign for me to think this washer will last ten years. I want to return it for another model one that is quite and will last.
I was trying to send you video I took with my phone but it’s asking me y tube video and I don’t know how to do that.

My wife and I purchased the luxe care washer and dryer just over a year ago. The salesman highly recommended the premium options. Overall we have been satisfied with the performance. However, we've started having issues requiring service visits, which is especially frustrating and disappointing considering the age of the units. Parts and Labor are only covered for one year so we are out of pocket already for labor which is expensive. We've had two previous washer/dryers in our previous houses from other brands and never had a single issue. Because of this I would not recommend based upon our experience.

I don't leave reviews often; but I relied on reviews for the purchase of my new washer and could not be happier. Easy to use and quiet. Many options for being water and energy efficient; huge bonus.
