Great clean. Needs button improvements.

The unit performs well and does hold a lot of volume. There are three issues we have so far. 1.The power button is too sensitive and can easily be activated while a wash cycle is in progress resulting in the unit being powered down and then the cycle has to be completely restarted. 2. There should be a lock panel option when a cycle is in progress, not just when it is idle. 3. There is no volume control for the end of cycle chime to make it quieter or louder.

Exceptionally horrible

Purchased a new washer ...from day one it would shut off after a few minutes of the cycle starting...tech came out and replaced it with a brand new circuit board. Guess what ?! Now the washing machine doesn't spin the clothes on medium high or max. So I'm left with sopping wet clothes. This machine has been nothing but problems and I regret and would warn other about the poor quality of the washer I received.now I have to put in another service call on a brand new machine!

Great Washer!

This washer has been the best one I have purchased yet. It gets clothes clean and is very quiet. The options are customizable and I love the 18 minute quick wash option when I need to just wash a few items quickly. I also love the refresh option which will re-rinse clothes if you know you won’t be able to remove them from the washer for a while. So far, I am extremely happy with this purchase! Effective, quiet, and reasonable price

Our only complaint is that its front profile juts forward and we have to change the tracks of our bi-fold laundry doors. Also, some generic silicone pad, or similar add-on, should hold our stackable drier in place as the washing machine is not designed to stack.

It’s all about customer reviews. This washer was rated higher than most and not crazy expensive so I bought it. All in all it’s fine the washer is a little louder than our old one but it’s fine.
