Fantastic Washer

This washer is amazing. Controls are easy to use. Love the 18 minute cycle. Clothes in the spin cycle are amazingly lightly wet. Makes it so the dryer does not work so hard. Beautiful looking. So happy I purchased this washer.

2nd Electrolux. We wash clothes 2+times per day. Last machine outlasted all prior purchases so naturally wanted to replace our several yrs old model. Delivered online, easy process and deli ered as promised. Did nit need any additional services as it went right into empty space. We look forward to another long relationship with our new washer.

Disappointed

We are in a new home and this is the first washer I have purchased that wasn't done in a hurry to replace a nonworking one. I had done my research, so I was disappointed that less than 2 months of ownership and use I required a service call because it wouldn't drain. This model does not have a drain screen that is user accessible. In fact it doesn't have one at all! Even the service tech was surprised at this new design. It appears that when the drain pump is plugged with some thing it will require a service visit. Not pleased with this. So now I have to be extra careful what I put in the washer - no really fuzzy items and double check all pockets.

We replaced a 16-year-old Electrolux front load washer with this one. It has a larger capacity drum so we wash in one load what used to take us two loads. We have used the normal cycle with the stain pretreat, it works well but takes 62 minutes which is a lot longer than the old washer. The quick wash works well but you have to limit the number of items you wash, since there is no way to set the water level. Overall we are very pleased with this new washing machine.

I have had the washer for about a month and love it. It gets my clothes extremely clean. It is a little loud on the final spin but the clothes come out almost completely dry so that does not bother me at all. I leave the door cracked and dispenser open when not in use to prevent mold. So far, I love the washer and am very happy with my purchase.
