We decided to go with Electrolux again because our first set lasted our family of five for 14 years and countless loads of laundry. They are efficient, quiet and easy to use. The only problem we ever had was the door lock on the washer which they fixed under warranty.

My Electrolux front load washing machine

I absolutely love my front loading washing machine. It does a superb job cleaning my clothes with a minimal amount of detergent and synthetic bleach. I absolutely love the fact
that the door has a little post that comes out to leave the door ajar after I get done unloading the machine. That way the door can be a jar to allow air circulation and dry out the machine in between loads.

Bought Electrolux 7437 washer to replace a 12 year old Frigidaire washer that had been sturdy and dependable, until the spin finally wore out. Also splurged on pedestal.Two weeks in i am disappointed. I started out using Heavy Duty with MAX Spin, but found that the washer struggled to spin, and the whole washer unit shimmied itself out of place. After trying different wash setting combos, I have found that the washer works best, and stays in place, on NORMAL wash/NORMAL soil/MEDIUM spin, which unfortunately requires longer dry time. What's the point of the higher spin options if they cannot be used?? Time will tell if this washer holds up, and stays in place like it should.

The very first day we bought the washer it leaked. The leak was due to the seal not being secured and water was dripping out of the front. Other than that, it works fine so far.

I love the washer. It is spacious and efficient. Love that it can stack or stand alone. And good options for cycles - time, temp, etc.

Great washing machine

I heard of Electrolux many years ago, our Samsung washer cannot dry the clothes after washing, although Samsung machine last for 14 years and is still running which is not bad, we just like Electrolux a try, it is better than Samsung, clothes are washed very clean, saves water and it spins like jet engines, love it
