[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Everybody in our family likes the easy displayed pograms to choose from, very quiet. Capacity is large enough also for bulky sheets and comforters. Temperature programming works well.

Drier doesn't dry

Unfortunately, after researching between LG and Electrolux and despite reviews that the units don't dry thoroughly, went with the Electrolux anyway. Well, the unit doesn't dry without having to do an additional time setting. Doesn't matter if do timed, auto-dry, high heat, or low heat or the level of spin on the washer. And to make matters worse, keep receiving harassing letters about extended warranty. I didn't purchase when bought the drier and certainly not going to purchase now. And by writing this review have to now consent to getting promotional emails and opt out of that again. Disappointed.

It would be better if it dried clothes

Seriously one of the worst dryers I've ever owned. I've just had a service tech out for the 2nd time, only to be told that it doesn't dry thoroughly because of the new enhanced eco-friendly design. Which makes no sense - now I have to dry everything longer or on higher heat to actually get it dry, or use the Dry Boost feature. The sensors stop the dryer before clothes are dry, which means I am drying my clothes for upwards of 90 minutes at a time if I forget to turn on Dry Boost, or if I don't set EVERY LOAD for heavy duty and the highest heat setting. How is that more eco-friendly? I just ran an 18 minute quick-dry cycle, which also left half of my clothes still damp, so now eco-efficiency there either. After being told "that's just how they're designed these days" I now regret spending the extra money on a "premium" brand like Electrolux. If my dryer isn't going to dry, I could have purchased anything. It looks great, but what a huge disappointment.

Upgrade

We finally had enough and upgraded to both a washer and dryer set This dryer is so easy to work. I'm disabled and this front loader is easy to load and the different buttons are easy to understand. We've had this dryer and washer for about 2 weeks. Done alot of laundry. So far we love it!
