Takes a long time to dry

This dryer so far is a little disappointing. It takes a long time to dry. Also, it is quite noisy. Sometimes there are "banging" noises, but overall you can hear each time it tumbles the drum over.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Thank you for sharing your experience. We are sorry to hear that you have found the noise level and dry times to be unfavorable! The dryer uses moisture sensors to determine how long to set a cycle for and when the clothes inside are dry. If the cycles are taking longer than expected, try changing some settings! Higher temperatures, spin speeds, and dry times will result in a shorter cycle. You can also use one of the available timed cycles to bypass the moisture sensor. To lessen the noise level, please ensure that the dryer is properly leveled! Good Dryer

Overall really enjoying this dryer. It’s quiet and the features are quite nice. However I seem to have to do multiple drying sessions for some loads, but can’t figure out why. I assume a small to medium load of towels should dry in one cycle when using the Towels cycle option. Otherwise still enjoying it.

This is the best front loader has dryer. I’ve had another washer which was nice however this is above that. Quick to dry and clothes come out with hardly any wrinkles.

This dryer came with a new build home. It is by far the worst dryer I have ever used. The auto cycles seldome result in a fully dry load. The door design allows clothes to bunch up at the link catcher. The outcome is a crumpled clump of near toasted clothes.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
