Too many things broken, still have not used

I bought this new in January and at least three internal parts were broken so here we are nearly April and I have not been able to use it. I asked several times to send a new machine but Electrolux would not, forcing me to outsource my laundry at a cost for three months.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Could be better

I've had this dryer for a couple of months now and I must say I am a little disappointed. My old dryer which was over 15 years old wasn't nearly as fancy but it worked a lot better. I was told that having a larger dryer meant clothes would dry faster. This has not been the case. This dryer takes an hour to dry a load of clothes and even when using the steam, the clothes are still somewhat wrinkled. The lint trap in this dryer creates a small ledge where the clothes get stuck and they aren't always dry when the cycle is complete. Also for some reason, the clothes seem to push forward towards the door of the dryer while drying and there is no separation which really defeats the purpose of having a larger capacity dryer. The dryer looks nice and my clothes come out smelling wonderful but if I had to choose again, I would pick a different dryer. Please note that the attachment for the steam hook-up is not included with this dryer and must be purchased separately.

Here are some tips that may help improve your dryer’s drying process.
Drying times vary depending on the size and dampness of the load and fabric type. If the load is too small/large or almost dry, the moisture sensors may not detect enough moisture to continue the cycle and the cycle may end after a few minutes. If this occurs, then select the time dry cycle to dry such loads. Room temperature, humidity, type of installation, and electrical voltage can also affect drying time.
Have you tried the TIMED DRY cycle feature?
The timed drying cycles allow the selection of exact drying times. The time dry cycle allows you the option to select drying time settings ranging from 30 to 75 minutes. Various drying times and temperature settings can be selected when using this cycle.

Dried 100% every time!

We moved in and started using our new appliances about three weeks ago we are so happy with the washer and dryer. The dryer gets clothes dry every time and it looks great love all the features on it
