Takes a long time to dry

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This dryer so far is a little disappointing. It takes a long time to dry. Also, it is quite noisy. Sometimes there are "banging" noises, but overall you can hear each time it tumbles the drum over.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Thank you for sharing your experience. We are sorry to hear that you have found the noise level and dry times to be unfavorable! The dryer uses moisture sensors to determine how long to set a cycle for and when the clothes inside are dry. If the cycles are taking longer than expected, try changing some settings! Higher temperatures, spin speeds, and dry times will result in a shorter cycle. You can also use one of the available timed cycles to bypass the moisture sensor. To lessen the noise level, please ensure that the dryer is properly leveled! Great appliances

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought both washer and dryer a month ago after having another brands front loader and top loader. The washer is great. It is quiet but most important it cleans do well. Never had a washer that had cleaned do well. Haven’t use the steam part of the dryer yet but looking forward to it

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The dryer does not consistently work properly. The dryer trips a code indicating the lint trap is full (when the trap is not full). Electrolux has been good about sending service workers to look at the dryer...but, we're still having problems :(

I love my machine!

Cant Adjust Minutes for dry time

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this as a set, never checking i can't set the dry time by minutes. you have a choice for 20,30, but often I like to set for 5 or 6 minutes.
The other thing of note , is the drum seems to run a little rough

Thank you for sharing your experience regarding the dry times. This dryer does have a Fast Dry option that takes 20 minutes as the minimum full cycle, though the cycle can of course be stopped at any point before then. Thank you for your feedback!
