So pretty

I bought the base as well for the washer and dryer which makes it much easier to load and unload with out bending. The washer cycles seam faster than my previous washer. It doesn’t have a lot of extra cycles but it has enough for normal use. Shortest amount of time for timed dry is 30 minutes. Overall I’m happy with these and I love the color (Blue).

Very Disappointed

I am a long time GE Profile appliance owner and after 13 years, my dryer broke. We decided to go with Electrolux this time since most of the reviews are favorable and purchased the matching washer too. Firstly, the dryer takes VERY long to dry a small load and even after one cycle, some items come out damp - not energy efficient at all. The GE Profile can sense the dampness of the clothes and adjust the dry time accordingly. I guess this model doesn't have this feature although the sales person said it did. After only 3 short weeks of owning this dryer, and maybe using it a half dozen times, it started making a very loud knocking noise in addition to not heating. These units were not cheap but cheaply made and we are very disappointed.

Drier doesn't dry

Unfortunately, after researching between LG and Electrolux and despite reviews that the units don't dry thoroughly, went with the Electrolux anyway. Well, the unit doesn't dry without having to do an additional time setting. Doesn't matter if do timed, auto-dry, high heat, or low heat or the level of spin on the washer. And to make matters worse, keep receiving harassing letters about extended warranty. I didn't purchase when bought the drier and certainly not going to purchase now. And by writing this review have to now consent to getting promotional emails and opt out of that again. Disappointed.

Upgrade

We had purchased another brand about 5 years ago, what junk. We finally had enough and upgraded to both a washer and dryer set This dryer is so easy to work. I'm disabled and this front loader is easy to load and the different buttons are easy to understand. We've had this dryer and washer for about 2 weeks. Done alot of laundry. So far we love it!

The Best Ever

I don't know how we ever got along without this dryer. Not only does it work efficiently, our clothes rarely need ironing anymore. And I haven't mentioned the steam feature which allows refreshing of clothes that are clean but need some reviving. Highly recommended.

Have only had the dryer for a couple weeks, but it works as advertised. There are many types of drying options to suit the particular drying need.
