[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have only had our new washer and dryer for a month and so far it is wonderful! Cleans well and so far no front end loader smell. The dryer works well also. Really nice to have all the settings as we have a country home and pets.

Lemon!

It’s a lemon. 6 months after I bought it I jad to vave it repaired. Unfortunately it wasn’t successful. The high pitched sounds coming from it are annoying.

We understand how disappointing it is to need a repair so soon and still be dealing with an ongoing high-pitched noise from your Electrolux ELFE7437AG. As a few basic troubleshooting steps, please make sure the dryer is level and stable, as an uneven unit can cause high-pitched or vibration noises. Check that the lint filter and exhaust vent are completely clean and not restricted, and avoid overloading the drum, which can strain internal components. You can also try powering the unit off at the breaker for a few minutes to reset it. If the high-pitched sound continues, it may require further inspection.
