Our old washer and dryer were over 20 years old, so we knew it was only a matter of time. We talked with some friends who were told by their repair service that they should consider only Electrolux products. In addition, Electrolux was the only brand offering a blue color, on which my wife was insisting. They matched our laundry room colors perfectly. They were on sale, so we made the purchase that day. From the first load of wash, we knew we made a great decision. The washer and dryer are very easy to use. The wash came out very clean and the dryer did an amazing job on the clothes - no wrinkles. The towels came out whiter and softer than ever before. We love the flexibility with the detergent and additives. The chimes are very pleasant and a relief from the old units' loud buzzer.
