This washer doesn't seem to wash the clothes well. The quick wash cycle use so little water that some articles of clothing doesn't even look like it got wet during the wash. The normal cycle takes 46 minutes to complete, and at the end of the wash, the clothes still doesn't smell fresh. Sometimes, the detergent pod gets tossed in between the door seal layers and the load didn't wash with any detergent at all.

Thank you for sharing your experiences with us, Bob123! The washer model comes with an automatic water-level adjustment feature which changes the water level to the number of clothes getting washed. We recommend reading the step-by-step instructions on pages 45-50 in the owner’s manual viewable here:

Working great so far! Easy to use settings. I bought it bc its supposed to be low energy - will see in a couple months if thats the case!

After a couple of weeks I must say I like my new washer. It seems to work very well and I really like the feature of a device that holds the door slightly open when the washer is not in use, avoiding mildew without the door being in the way.

So much space, and so quiet!

We have this washer upstairs next all of the bedrooms. Our biggest concern with this was the sound, but I can’t even tell it’s on! It also uses so much less water than a top load; saves a lot of energy and water costs.

Love my new Electrolux Front Load Washer

This is my first purchase of an Electrolux appliance. I'm very happy with the sleek design of the washer and pedestal. Controls are easy to use and their placement is ideal. The drum is very large and and the noise level and vibration when in the spin cycle is fairly quiet. I recommend this Electrolux model.
