New washer issues

Unfortunately, we received our new washer, and after the first load, there was water all over my brand new wood floor. Washer arrived with the water valve missing a rubber gasket so now I have been without a washer for two weeks. Hoping it will be a good washer after it is fixed.

Reversible Door is Excellent

The washer is great, has all the features you would expect, and cleans the clothes very well. The reversible door is excellent. It was very easy to switch, and all I needed was a square headed screwdriver. This feature is very helpful for homes that are not set up for the standard “washer on left dryer on right”. It was the primary feature that drove our buy decision.

My new Front Loader Electrolux

My washer works very well. The only problem I have is that the plastic part where you put the detergent is very hard to take out and even harder to get back in. You have to take it out bc it holds water, which starts to mildew after a while. I hate to take it out to clean it bc it is terribly hard to get back in. Other than that the washer is great.

We recently purchased this Electrolux washer and have been so pleased with our purchase! It replaces another Electrolux unit which served us well for over 13 years and no telling how many loads of laundry for our household of five! That unit had served us so well that we didn’t hesitate for a moment to go with Electrolux once again!

Electrolux Washer

This replaced a 2010 Bosch front loader and I’m delighted with the purchase! Even though the new energy efficient unit’s wash cycles aren’t as long, and the rinse water combines used and fresh instead of all fresh water, my clothes were noticeably cleaner and the lesser washing time wasn’t a negative factor in the cleaning nor the combined water in the rinsing. The high spin made a significant difference in water elimination and it certainly is more quiet than my older unit. Mine is a basic unit, no steam or other high end options, and I’m thoroughly content with my purchase, as our needs are also basic. I have already let the rest of the family know how pleased we are with the product and would give it an unqualified 10.
