So far it's great!

This machine replaced a top load from another brand. I hated that machine. It didn't get clothes clean and left lint residue all over the clothes. This machine gets clothes clean, is faster and more efficient. I love it! It's easy to use, has the right amount of features for me. The only slight negative is that it is loud when spinning.

Excellent Washer

I absolutely love my new washer! I can use so much less detergent now and the clothes come out so clean. It doesn’t take long to dry clothes either because the skin cycle gets them so dry. I couldn’t be happier.

It’s the 2nd one I bought
Old one was 12 years old ….. only thing that ever went wrong was the door latch
Newer design has an improved door latch that will likely last longer

Laundry products dispenser

The laundry products dispenser fills up with water after every wash and I have to use a towel to soak up water or it will become musty, moldy. This is just an extra step I have to do after every wash. Since I don't have a sink in my laundry room, it takes up my time. It would be better to have a dispenser that would drain after the wash.
I'm happy with my washer , except for the dispenser.

Problem: Laundry products dispenser

The only problem I have is with the laundry products dispenser, but that means every time I do a wash I have to stop and take a towel and soak up the water left in the bleach and softener part of the dispenser, then I have to hang the towel to dry until the next wash is done. I do not have a sink in my laundry room and this is just extra time added to each wash. If I do not soak up the water, it will stay and that level and start to cause orders, mildew, etc. I think it is a poor design. My washer operates fine except for the dispenser.
