Simply Doesn't Work

I have to say I went by reviews to buy this and its just not doing it job at all. It is not washing anything and everything comes our smelling bad. I have tried 5 different detergents using varying amounts, extra rinse ect. everything I could think of but its simply not working. So now if I cant figure this out I will need a new washer and dryer and theses are brand new.

New washing experience

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is my first foray into front load washers. Entirely a new washing process over my previous top loader. There was virtually no water in the tub and a minimal amount of suds. I contacted customer service, and they indicated that the water and suds is a function of the load size and the type of washing I choose. So far so good.

The rubber guard by the door never fills up with water and easy to clean! Electrolux lives up to its name as being one of the best washer made. I love mine !
