Not great

When our dryer was delivered, it wouldn't heat.. The igniter was bad. It took 2 weeks to fix. Upon one of the first loads dried, I found a hoodie had been ruined. The metal beads at the end of the hoodie string had gotten caught in the lint trap and RIPPED, TORN from the string. Since then, another hoodie string was caught, but thankfully not torn, only pulled out so that I have to restring it. Also, while I appreciate that the power button isn't as touchy as the one on the washer, it is too hard to push sometimes.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

It is recommended that when you dryer items with strings, you should tie them up before putting them in the dryer. You can find this information on page 36 in your owner's manual. Quiet and elegant and big

Love my washer and dryer. They are quiet, it is quick drying , love how big it is. The lint trap is nicely design easy to clean. Very energy efficient. Love it

The settings are easy to figure out and the unit gets my clothes dry. I have only had the dryer for two months, but so far....no complaints.

Great dryer easy to use

Lots of options on touch panel to meet any needs although I stick with eco setting. Large drum is plenty of room for large loads. Clean lint message at end of cycle is good reminder.

Love my new dryer

I purchased this dryer with the advice of the sales person on the phone. I was reluctant at first then finally decided to take his advice and go for it.. I am so glad that I listened to him and purchased this dryer as it is used all day/5days week to dry towels in a hair salon. It is quiet, efficient and huge!!! Im very happy with my purchase;)

Great Washer and Dryer

I bought the pair about a month ago and couldn't be happier with my purchase. My laundry room is tight so the stacked units saved me lots of floor space and I was able to move them away from the garage door, which with my old dryer was a real hassle due to the gas pipe sticking out of the floor. The features of the units I bought are perfect. I like that the washer doesn't shake while spinning and both the waher and dryer are very quiet.
