Horrible dryer

We just bought this dryer and it’s been nothing but disappointing. We are drying loads three times. The lint screen is clean, vent hose clear, tried numerous settings, smaller loads but it still can’t dry things the first time.

Love having my matching set. Wish is was actual buttons and not touch screen as I feel someday this will be a problem like it is with my washer. But love the size and so far how it works.
