[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Our first unit delivered was a lemon that did not work at all. It was quickly replaced with a unit that is working great. Had we not had this issues with the first one we may have given a 5 star rating.

Ok for the first two weeks

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Hard to leave a proper review on a dryer you've had for only a few weeks. So far it seems quiet, one cycle it sounded like there was a rock in the drum. I stopped the dryer and moved it by hand. No sound. Turned it back on and its been fine since. Maybe a one-off situation.
A load or two on auto dry the clothes have come out a little damp and needed more time added on.
Other than those two situations it has been fine, I just wish it had physic buttons. Touch microwave style buttons feel odd.
If this lasts 10-15 years with no issues i'll call it a great dryer.

The sound you noticed during one cycle may have been caused by an item shifting in the drum, but it’s good to know the noise resolved once the drum was repositioned. Regarding the auto dry cycle, slight dampness can sometimes occur depending on load size or fabric type, but adjusting the dryness level or adding a bit more time can help achieve the desired results.

Nice washer but doesn't do a big load.

What you’re describing (long dry times with larger loads) can often be influenced by a few common factors rather than the unit alone. Even with an 8.0 cu. ft. gas dryer, performance can vary based on:
Load size and density: Very large or tightly packed loads restrict airflow, which extends drying time Moisture balance in washer spin cycle: If clothes come out wetter than expected, the dryer has to work significantly longer Lint screen and venting: A partially blocked lint filter or long/partially restricted vent run can reduce airflow and drying efficiency Cycle selection: Some cycles are designed for gentler heat, which can increase overall drying time for bulkier items
For best performance, we recommend:
Keeping loads moderate and loosely packed Ensuring the lint filter is cleaned before every cycle Checking that the exhaust vent is clear, straight, and not overly long or kinked Using higher heat or “normal/heavy duty” cycles for bulky loads when appropriate
